The Just shall live by faith. With faith comes Grace. But living by faith means living according to God's laws which are to Love. And fullfilling those laws means you are living in grace. And it all starts by living in Faith.

Sola Fide is "by faith alone"
Sola Gratia would be "by grace alone".
The five solas are:
1 Sola gratia ("by grace alone")
2 Sola fide ("by faith alone")
3 Sola scriptura ("by Scripture alone")
4 Solus Christus ("In Christ alone")
5 Soli Deo gloria ("Glory to God alone")

The just shall live by faith . It is in this faith that we receive God's graces by which we profess with faith in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved. For it is only by the grace of God that we can be saved.

Grace. If it were "faith alone" than when James said "Faith without works is dead." then that rules out faith alone as a means of salvation.
When Paul condemned works, he was really talking about the belief that works of the law, such as circumcision, saves us.
Therefore, it is grace that saves us. Grace enables us to have faith and to do good works.

By Grace Alone.
Faith without Feet is Fraud.
(Faith with out Works is dead)
By their fruits will you know them.
Salvation is a GIFT. We cannot earn it.

It's both.
Grace because that is what allows God to reach to us. Faith, because that is what allows us to reach towards God.
It took God's grace for us to have the payment made for our sin. But it also takes our faith to trust in that payment for our sin.

The grace is God's part.
The faith is our part.
Do your part, the faith, and let God take care of the grace....
