My glass window has a screen door on the right side. When I look on the side of the window with the screen door, the lines of the fence looks wavy and the wired fence looks wavy/crooked. But when I look at the left side of my window without the screen door, everything looks straight and normal. I read that if you see things wavy/crooked, that is a sign of macular degeneration (a condition where your eye deteriorates). But I took the Asler grid test and I see the graph fine with no wavy lines. However when I looked at my window with the screen door, things looks wavy and not straight. Should I go to the doctor?

Yes, this is normal. Your brain knows that there is a small grid of lines in the screen, but your eye/brain "sees" both the small grid of lines and also all the black of the screen. This only happens when you are far away from the screen. If you move closer the waviness shold stop because you eye/brain can now see individual grid lines on the screen.

People also see this when looking at siding on a house from a certain distance.

It is an optical illusion caused by the lines in the screen.
