Try doing Keagal exercises, (contract and relax the muscle you use to keep from going pee). It also helps to improve your posture. Try going even if you don't feel the need to, like about a half hour after drinking something. The bladder is like a balloon. If you hold it too long, it can stretch, then it can take longer to feel the need to go. It will go back to it's normal size if you make yourself go regularly again.

After my pregnancy, I never wanted to go because I was nursing and held my son a lot. I could go 2 days without going. But I started to get back pain from waiting too long. So I started taking my son with me, and trying to go as often as possible. I was good again in a week or so.

Be sure to get checked out if you get a burning sensation. It could be a bladder infection. The longer you wait to treat that, the longer you suffer. (I had one once, it is worse than labour!) Good luck!

Age! As kids learning to potty train we wet the bed and so Parents put us to bed at 7pm, wake us up at 11pm for the last wee and then we sleep to 7am when everyone gets up. Eventually we are no longer kids by teenagers and bedtime is 11pm, so we go through the night no problem until 7am. In out 20's we try to burn the candle at both ends and always end up having to wake the house to go for a pee. If we get smashed, no way we wake up, feel zero and we can pee our pants. Obviously stop drinking two hours before you go to bed and empty the bladder before you go to bed and then all will be fine. If you are sleeping through Alcohol and have a full bladder all you are doing is stretching the bladder and so when you empty it, OUCH!
