I cannot join the Peace Corps because I don't have a degree, but I really want to volunteer somewhere perhaps like Africa. What other organizations can I join to do work overseas?

Join the Americorps. They take people with all levels of education as little as a GED

You could volunteer at a local hospital, homeless shelter, soup kitchen, and/or Red Cross. You could always donate blood to them. Out of curiosity, what type of degree does the Peace Corp require? I have a certificate from a near by community college.

Join the Army, Navy, Air Force or Marines.
You'll get to volunteer for any of them.
