I moved to Florida 5 years ago from NYC.
Ever since I get "sick" few times a year. Just plain simply feeling realy weak, can not exercise get tired right away, dizzy all the time, also have this weird feeling of having a fever, but when I check the thermo I dont! I went to everyone from infectious disease specialist to allergologist, etc. Every blood test run last 5 years comes out great.

Nobody knows whats going on with me, anyobdy else out there with the same problem? Before Florida I lived in Europe and state of New York and had never encountered anything like this...

I also feel tired and dizzy anytime I spend time in Florida. You probably have a sensitive autonomic nervous system that has trouble regulating during heat/humidity. Try typing in
'dysautonomia' and reading about it to see if this may fit. Make sure you drink tons of water every day.

I can't imagine feeling THIS BAD and not calling the doctor, or going to an urgent care center. A fever of 104 is seriously high, like verging on brain damage, for an adult. What are you doing posting a question about this on YA? This isn't an approprite forum for life and death type of issues. Please call your doctor's office--there will be an exchange service to take the call and page either your doc, or whoever is taking calls for your doc over the weekend. If you don't have a primary care physician, then have your husband drive you to an urgent care center, or if there isn't one of those, then you would at least have a critical access hospital, no matter where you are. Get to dialin, or drivin, girl!

It sounds to me that you are having Sinus problems, You have not been use to our hot and humid weather here in the South so If I were you I would go back to the Dr and ask them for Sinus medication, I bet you will stop having these problem and began enjoying the South, You must remember that the
weather as an effect on all of us especially if we have moved from one extreme to another, so good luck and I sincerely hope that you find the answer and I believe that you will. Just
try the Sinus medicine, I have this problem and I also have the same problems as you.

Yes I went through it when I moved from UK to Ireland.
It is the body clock shifting and not being able to cope. At one stage I was sick, physically sick green sick. It was like when I went skiing, the reflection of the sun off the snow, now it was due to everything being GREEN! If I watch the BBC News at say 10pm its dark in London but here its still daylight! It takes time for the body to adjust and I have kinda adjusted? I hibernate in the winter and then am almost hyperactive in the summer.
