The guy that got on that international flight to Europe was a 31-year old attorney! Isn't it amazing the way attorneys seem to break the laws more than normal people? What is the point in teaching them all about the laws if they can't even be counted on to follow them? Shouldn't be do something in law school to convince our attorneys to respect the laws they are experts in?

The man was advised to not return because he may spread a very deadly and infectious disease in his country. He didn't care, and if I had the chance I would file felony charges for intent to harm others with a deadly weapon (the TB). Hell, I would call this an act of terrorism.

He used a loophole (like all attorneys do) to get back home so he can only be sued. Do not defend this sadist.

Actually he didn't break any laws, at least none that I am aware of. Unfortunately being a jerk is not illegal. Now a friend of mine has a theory. He's a lawyer and notes that there appear to be a disproportionate number of lawyers who are AHoles when compared to the number of Aholes in the general population. He reasons that most of them grew up as a youngster being referred to by their classmates alternatively as "four eyes" or "lard ***". And now, by God, they'll take their vengeance.

I totally agree. I think that guy is a complete ***. He knew he was sick, he endangered the lives of everyone on those planes, he flew multiple flights, and he didn't wear the facemasks he was provided all so he could go on his honeymoon on time. It just shows that having an education does not make you smart!

What law(s) did he break? While he was "advised" not to fly, he was not prohibited from doing so. Like it or not. Don't blame the individual for a system that doesn't have the ability or the cahones to ground them BEFORE they do something stupid.
