I think that almost all of this problem can be summed up by analyzing the word itself: "televangelist": Television+Evangelist! The two things are so contradictory in purpose, it shows you that they're NOT "real" christians. TV is (mostly) for profit. Evangelism, much as I abhor it (I don't like religions trying to convert others), is SUPPOSED to be selfless. There you go. The guy is a phony and a liar, just like most of them. He wants MONEY, or he wouldn't be on TV! Don't believe it? Find me ONE who doesn't ask for $$$$$$$$$$$$! Even then, one or two "good apples" doesn't discount all the bad ones.

I am a Christian and wouldn't believe anything a televangelist ever says.
If guys like Benny Hinn and Kenneth Copeland could really heal why don't they go on over to the terminal cancer ward at the hospital, and heal everyone?
God can choose to heal, but He does it in His time and most times He chooses not to.
If Christians never got sick, we wouldn't need faith.
Besides to us death is a promotion!

If whether or not you believe in God is based on what a televangelist says it is a sad day for you. Only God knows the heart of that man and the one he claimed to heal. & God is a righteous judge.
Look to the scripture for truth. God's Word is true. All of the Biblical prophecy that has been fulfilled to date has been 100% acurrate.
What you do with what you find out about God is your choice.
We all will be accountable at some point for what we have chosen. Will you be ready to meet your maker when the time comes?

Yes I would believe. Read the account of Elijah doing a very similar demonstration in 1st. Kings 18, the whole story is 46 verses, but well worth the reading.

i certainly do know that prayer does work in helping the sick that has been proved in many studies.
as for this one event i don't know what to say i know God could have done that but if he did i don't know . its nice to know the man is better.
i do know that muslim follow satan. but i know that satan is able to preform such miracles too and with this ability he will trick mass numbers of people into following him . for instance he will at some point in the future seem to bring two men back from the dead . this will be seen by every person on earth that does not make him GOD . IT really just means that
faith in GOD must be faith but knowledge and acceptance that satan is real and is smarter then we are knows the bible better then anyone on this earth and that he will trick us as often as he can.

I have been healed before in the Name of Jesus, am not sure if this one actually happened or not and I wouldn't want to say it didn't and find out later it did...But I have been healed many times that way so it does work.

OK that is bizarre. I wonder how he got the DNA of Jesus and of God to test it? I like it when they say natural disasters were sent by God as punishment. As if God would wipe out entire cities in some little hissy fit.

This sounds like the "revelation" Billy Graham gave a few years ago about UFO's. They're "mentioned in the Bible" as the Nephillim. He "saw" them too - the saucers, I mean.
What! You don't believe?????
