been (like how have you been) = fuiste
how have you been = ¿cómo has estado? ¿cómo estás?
how is the family = ¿cómo está la/tu familia?
have = tener
i think = creo, pienso
i like your shirt = me gusta tu camisa/remera
do you like ___ (how i ask if someone wants something) = ¿te gustaría ____?
do you want = ¿quieres? ¿querés?
on ( like it is on friday) = es el viernes. Prepositions in English and in Spanish vary significantly. In this case the prep. "on" is transalated into the defenite article "el" in Spanish. This is one of the problem students encouter when studying Spanish, or the other way round.
Hope this helps!

Been: Fue
¿Cómo has estado?
¿Cómo esta la familia? or more personal ¿cómo esta tu familia?
Have: Tener
Yo pienso
¿Te gustaría (un, una, unos, unas)?
¿Quieres una ____?-femenine / singular (plural-unas)
¿Quieres un ____? - masculine / singular (plural-unos)
On- el (in this case, because it can also mean "en")

(been) - fue - pronounced fway
(how have you been) - como tengale fue?
(how is the family) - como esta su familia?
(have) - tener is the verb to have....tengo is I have
(i think) - pienso
(i like your shirt) - a mi me gusta su camisa
(do you like) - usted te gusta______?
(do you want) - usted quiere?
(on) - en
Keep in mind that I've translated this with formal terms...usted is a formal "you". If you know the person well, you can just substitute "tu".
Buena suerte!
(good luck)
