you should have had breakfast, makes your metabolism and blood sugar level more even during the day, you're body is more likely to hoard calories if you skip breakfast

but otherwise sounds OK, unless the sandwich was full mayo and dairy and and the mousse was chocolate

YES! lol jj mate , corse its not , if your on a diet or anything having 1 day of the week with chocolate crisps or wah eva aint gonna do u any harm , jus get bk to ur exercise routine tomorrow

If that's your intake for a whole day, you will quickly arrive at malnutrition. Your body needs 1500-2000 calories a day just to survive. You can't take in enough vitamins to meet your daily requirements if that's all you have.

What you list is good intake for a meal, but not for a day.

Ok! if brown bread- low fat moouse- low fat crisps..just add bottle still water.. but remember you are what you eat...and read the labels ..good luck

Not if your eating healthily with that- and gettin plenty of exercise!
I do that with my lunch too- something substantial, something savoury and something sweet! as long as thats not all you tend to eat its fine! Dont forget we need fat in our diet for the energy to keep us going!

bad? it really depends on what your goals are, it's not a very healthy diet. not enough protein, low GI carbs, veggies or healthy fats.
