Is human diversity simply too much for god to overcome and therefore makes it impossible for him to write down his rules/words/laws in a way that everyone can understand and agree upon?
Or, does him simply intend to sow conflict?

If you can't understand the Ten Commandments, you need a serious refresher course in common sense. You also need to know that they are called the Ten "Commandments," because God isn't interested in whether or not you agree with the law. You're only required to OBEY it.

As they say in Islam: "Diversity is a blessing." The fact that such diversity is seen by human beings as being SUPERIOR OR INFERIOR is part of the POWER OF CHOICE we are given by God. That choice is part of being human.
Simplification: God allows rumors to flow, just to see what we'll CHOOSE to do with them. Bigotry or love? The choice is on the individual.

I was under the impression everyone understood clearly God's laws. Man is simply not perfect and fails, All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. The wages of sin is death it is the reason Christ came to the world to overcome temptation and remain perfect and pay the penalty of death for those who accept the atonement.

You've got to stir things up, you know. It's boring if everyone agrees all the time. If you make things vague and leave them open to multiple interpretations, you can have more fun.

IThere will always be people who can not abide to any laws. . .that is why we have prisons. People have choices to follow or not to follow any and all laws.
If laws should be made to please each individual person what should speed limits be. . .some people like to drive slow, I don't . . . .

God does not require that mankind agree with Him, but obey Him and his commandments.
Since when do parents require their kids to agree with the rules. Going to school? bedtime? what to eat??
You go because they said so, eat your veggies, it is good for you.
