Figure

To see mysterious figures in your dream, signifies great mental distress.

Paralyzed

To dream that you are paralyzed, may reflect the current state of your body while you are dreaming. During the REM state of sleep you really are immobile and paralyzed. However symbolically, dreaming that you are paralyzed may mean you are feeling helpless or pinned down in some aspect or circumstances of your waking life. You may feel unable to deal with a situation or that you can't do or change anything. Alternatively, you may feel emotionally paralyzed. You may have difficulties in expressing yourself.

Immobile

To dream that you are immobile, signifies feelings of being trapped or that you are rigid in your attitudes and decisions.

Most dreams contain messages that serve to teach us something about ourselves. Unfortunately many a times we forget what we dream about as we go about our daily routine. With recurring dreams, the message may be so important and/or powerful that it just will not go away. The frequent repetition of such dreams forces you to pay attention and confront the dream. The dream is trying desperately to tell you something. Such dreams are often nightmarish or frightening in their content, which also helps you to take notice and pay attention to them.

Recurring dreams are quite common and are often triggered by a certain life situation or a problem that keeps coming back again and again. These dreams may recur daily, once a week, or once a month, but whatever the frequency, there is little variation in the dream content itself. It usually points to a personal weakness, fear, or your inability to cope with something in your life - past or present.

The repetitive patterns in your dream can reveal some of the most valuable information on yourself. It may point to a conflict, situation or matter in your waking life that remains unresolved or unsettled. Or some urgent underlying message in your unconscious is demanding to be understood.

< I couldn't find a think on not beable to wakeup>

Recurring Dreams-

4. Be patient. Do not get discourage if these dreams still recur even after you thought you have come to understand them.

5. Learn to accept yourself truly and fully.

Often times, once you discover what your recurring dream is trying to tell you, these dreams will change or altogether disappear

Some of your childhood experience has caused a block in your sub conscious mind. You dream can be interpreted as you fear which is holding you back and that the reason you cannot give your best shot at anything.. If it makes you feel like a loser stop fearing. Drink water before you sleep.
And do not sleep on your tummy or back. Sleep sideways.
Good night and sweet dreams!!

something scary in the room = fear
can't wake up or force to hold you down = lose control
wake up and back to seelp and happens again = lose sense of security

You have to explore in your life to see exactly what you are
afraid of. There may be some sense of insecurity in you. Having the same dream again shows subconsciously you are accepting the fact that you feel insecure. Therefore, you go back to the same dream state one more time to experience the fear. The force that holds you down can mean that subconsciously you are losing control in some way.

If next time it happens, before you go back, trying tell yourself you want to or you don't want to dream again. By suppressing your dream, you will not dream again

As you have mentioned that you try to wake up when you are having these dreams. Does that mean that you realize that is a dream? Because if that is the case then try to remind yourself that it will be over soon and this type of autosuggestion can help you get rid of the dream.

I do not know if you will like this answer, but what you are experienceing is the presence of a demon spirit in your room. When demons come into your room they bring the presence of "fear" with them, that's why you are afraid to go to sleep at night. That is one of their main goals is to inspire fear in your life, so that you will lose peace and become restless. I have had this experience in my past along with many other people. Seek the Lord. Okay, take care.

The above answers seem right, at least in part. Obviously you experience fear, anxiety, and resulting sleep deprivation syndrome; also possible explanation--Hypopnœa--a medical term for abnormally shallow breathing or slow respiratory rate. Hypopnea comes from the Greek roots hypo- (meaning low, under, beneath, down, below normal) and pnoe (meaning breathing). Literally it means under-breathing."
If possible please consult your health care professional to rule out any sleep disturbing health problem and then explore other explanations possible. Be well!

Try not to eat anything heavy at least 3 hours before your bed time. Also, put yourself in a comfortable position in bed.
