unless I have the full system 32 message i can not give you alot of info about this.
Now what I do know is that in april microsoft issued an update that caused a windows/system32/dll. to flash on startup and shutdown of the system and to show up in the anti-virus on a scan.
This was not a virus just a side effect of the update and is harmless.
if this is what you are seeing just simply uninstall your anti-virus then reinstall it and this will go away.

ErrorKiller doesn't seem like a good legitimate program. I suggest using CCleaner, it's free and does the same thing that ErrorKiller is supposed to do.

You need to be way more specific if you want help. system32 is a folder where most important system files are.. give us the error verbatim
