Two months is not enough time to get big even if you were going to use steroids. You are going to need at least 6 months to start to see any significant gains. What you need to do is eat a lot of protein and vegetables. Creatine will also help when it comes to decreasing your recovery time. You can buy that at any health food store. Your routine should look something like this: Day one, Back muscles and Triceps. Day two, Chest muscles. Day three, Biceps and shoulders. Day, four legs muscles. Everyday you can do abdominals. I can't give you specific exercises because I don't know what kind of equipment you have or if you belong to a gym. At age 15 it will be hard for you to join a gym. Most gyms you have to be 17 or 18. But, you can join if your parent joins also. Otherwise you can work out at home if you have weights at home. A couple sets of dumbbells and a barbell with various amounts of plates can go a long way. So can doing pushups, pullups and chinups. To get big you are going to want to lift heavy say something you can handle 4-6 times. If you do more reps than that you will be doing more toning than building. If you continue to do a routine like this you will see improvements in two months. You won't be huge though but, you will get there over time. If you are thinking about using steroids(I don't recommend it) wait until you are about 18 to start using them. Using them at such a young age will really screw up your body in the long term. At age 15 your body is still growing and taking steroids can and will mess your body up. The chances of you getting cancer in your liver, kidneys, and lymph nodes at a younger age (30's and 40's) goes up a lot. Plus taking steroids at age 15 will increase your problems with acne big time.(Chicks don't dig that at all.) You can also cause yourself to go bald at an earlier age. You don't want to be bald in your 20's bro. It can also mess up your chances of being able to get a woman pregnant later in life. So wait until you are done growing to take steroids then you will have less problems later. I personally would avoid them all together though. I hope this helps and a good work out routine plus eatting lots of protein and lots of veggies will help a lot. Take care and good luck.

At this age you should eat a lot of calories. Maybe start around 3500 calories and adjust from there. Lift heavy. Use compund lifts that involves more than one muscle, ex. Chins (uses back, neck, biceps, and forearms. Don't do isolation exercises as the are not good for the joints. Go until you cannot lift the weight anymore. This is a short version. When I was 17 I went from 135 to 165 in about a years time. Eat lots of good protein (steaks, chicken, tuna, eggs, cheese, yogurt) carbs (breads, crackers, vegetables, fruits) and fats (natural occruing fats, peanuts, peanut butter) If you have any questions, you can write me at photoshooter76@yahoo.com

PS: Don't work out more than 30 minutes. If you are, you are not lifting hard enough to make your body grow. Also, don't lift for getting a pump. It is not an indication of a good workout. It just means that you bllod in your muscles are not evacuating quick enough, nothing else. Give it some time and you will see results. Also, take a look at www.bodybuilding.com. A great source for information

ok, your not gonna get big in 2 months, but to get started, just eat lots of protein, carbs, fruit, veggies, and drink tons of water, no soda, no juices other then like apple and orange, nothing with too much sugar in it, and hit the gym, and work arms, shoulders, back, chest and don't forget the legs either... your cet cut b4 you get big it'll prolly take about 4-5 months before you see any significant bulk...

drink water when your not even thursty, keeping your body hydrated, even over hydrated gives your mussles a better chance of healing faster after a workout, so always keep a bottle of water on you whenever you can

"You gotta eat big to get big"
Your not very tall so think before you really want to "get big". You may not want to be wider than you are tall. But you gotta get in the weight room. And you gotta go more than 10 min, lol, more like 2 hours a day at least. You gotta lift till you get a pump.

At 15 you may not have completed your growth yet. Tyring to bulk up in 2 months won't happen unless you use steroids.

Steroid users live to regret they ever used them
.
The best thing is to eat healthy and work out in moderation.
Your muscles have not matured yet, so you need to be careful.
