staps, shorts, bikinis, jeans, short skirts,
whats wrong with women been stylish? Its all about the free human spirit , liberation and modern styles
i am from an islamic background living in the west and i wear all these cloths.
i have friends who are muslim, christian, bahai , jewish and buddhist and atheist who wear these cloths and none of us are whores.
so why judge women who are stylish?

a woman can be stylish and modest at the same time.
This does not mean that you need to go around a show off your assets

EDIT...
I see from your edits that YOU are very tempermental. Are you sure YOU are not the one who's having issues with the way you "dress"?
Think about it, sister. LMAO
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Who calls women who dress in that manner "whores"?
You are from an Islamic background...you should know about modesty. There's a difference between stylish and showing too much.
I am from an Orthodox Jewish background...we dress in a manner which is considered Tznius which means, roughly, "modesty".
Tznius includes a group of laws concerned with modesty, in both dress and behavior. It is first mentioned in this context by the prophet Micah (6:8): "[...] and to walk humbly (hatzne'a leches) with your G-d".
In Orthodox Rabbinic literature, the issue of Tznius is discussed in rather technical terms: how low or how high a female's hemline should be, the length of sleeves, the form of dress, and so on. Notwithstanding these sometimes involved details, the concept of humility and modesty as an emotion, a practice, a way of life -- a "way of walking" --
It depends on you and your level of life.
The way I see it, you should dress modestly and not show areas of your body that weren't meant to be seen. Why expose it to everyone? Save it for that "someone special".
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Okay, I've said my say. But to me, it appears you are more worried about what other people think about your attire, than about "stylish".
Have a good day.

well,you are a muslim woman.
you are even wearing a veil "hijab" in your avatar.
me for my self i'm really stylish and my friends admire my clothes very much>
but you know what?
i already wear hijab.
hijab doesn't prevent you from being stylish,on the contrary.
you can wear all sinieets,and famous expensive stylish brands.
i do this,but also i'm strict to hijab rules.
it's islam.
that's what ALLAH said.
what will you feel when you wear short or tight clothes and other strange men stare at your body?
your body is your own personal thing,and noone has the right to look at,except your husband of course and yourself.
islam didn't put his rules just to upset muslims with no reasons.
ON THE CONTRARY,ALLAH PUT THESE ISLAMIC RULES BECAUSE A MUSLIM MAN OR WOMAN ARE SO PRECIOUS.
please return to your right way.
and may ALLAH be with all of us.

It is possible that you are a tomgirl, a boy who likes to wear girl's clothing. Cross dressing is not bad but some people think its impolite in public. You must just like the designes...dont wear bras or thongs because thats just wrong. You can dress like anything else though.

Nothing
But if you try doing that in Tehran you can expect the Moral Militia to kill you on the spot if you dress the same way there as you do here. That's a fact. And it has the Ayottolah's blessing and the high Court's approval.

God Almighty ordained the Hijab or the modest way of dressing in public for the women in order to protect them from being looked at or treated as a sexual obeject of a man's eyes (to protect them form being raped or degraded)
God also wants to protect the soecity from adultry, rape, fornication, children born from wedlock, as well as broken homes that are a result of one spouse cheating or leaving the family for some woman he was attracted to.
your clothes should cover your entire body except for the hands and face. the clothes shouldnt be seethrough or so tight as to show a woman's curves. you shouldnt wear a ton of perfume that will make men stare at you nor a ton of make-up that makes you look sexually attractive.
as long as you observe these guidlines sister, you can live it up with all the different styles and colors

I am sorry to hear that you have abandoned one of the few things that Islam has right. There is no good reason (only vanity) for a woman to be out in public half-dressed.

If you have the body and the confidence, why not? I mean no disrespect when I ask this, but do you wear your burka(sp) when you wear a bikini?

What is considered modest in one place is not in another, but true modesty is described in the Bible. The Bible is a standard that does not change..
It is not about judging, but about pleasing God..
