That is to say , sure the employers are paying low wages but add in all of the EXTRA benifits that they receive like ( school lunches ) free hospital care ( emergency room visits for minor problems. ) and the rising crime rate from the over 700 gangs in Los Angles alone.
Are the criminals really benifiting you ? - or the employer.
Yep they will work for low wages - and that is what they always BRAG about as an arguement but in reality are costing the TAXPAYER more money than you would care to know- because it would make you sick.

agreed. now congress wants to make them legal so all of that nasty stuff can "come out of the shadows". costs will rise when they demand a "legal" wage. oh, let's raise minimum wage too. hey, how about just printing more money....the lunacy goes on and on.....

No Mel these companys pay under the table....so no the company dosn't pay benifits. Our tax dollars do. Never mind the single mother working 2 part time jobs disqualifiying for welfare and still dosn't hit 40 hours so no insurance for her.
I say give them the amnisty to the mom not some damn criminal...because anyone getting these low wages are illegal. The legal ones are making the same money you and I are and pay for insurance the same way we do...through the nose

No in my factory they were making the same money and recieved the same benefits as me. Note were they got deported. But on the other hand I have a friend who did apartment maintenance in Chicago and he was paid $22 an hour and was replaced with an illegal who did it for $10.

So just because some people get free lunch, does that mean they're immigrant? What about all the other "non-hispanic" children that get free lunch or free emergency care........ give me my tax dollars back you little brats!.......YEAH-----SURE! I'm glad to help the less fortunate!

Okay, if I read this correctly, you are upset about employers paying low wages and giving more benefits...and you are upset that the taxpayers of the US are having to pay for the benefits.....The COMPANY the employee works for is the one paying for the added benefits, not the tax payer...the tax payer is paying for...welfare, housing, food stamps, etc....
