There is a time coming when those who never had the opportunity to learn of God's requirements WILL have the opportunity. Even those who have died will be resurrected so they can learn. When the earth is being transformed back into paradise, or "the land of straightforwardness" or "the productive land" note what Isaiah 26:9, 10 says:
"With my soul I have desired you in the night; yes, with my spirit within me I keep looking for you; because, >>when there are judgments from you for the earth, righteousness is what the inhabitants of the productive land will certainly learn. Though the wicked one should be shown favor, he simply will not learn righteousness. In the land of straightforwardness he will act unjustly<< and will not see the eminence of Jehovah."
Did you notice it mentions the wicked one would be shown favor? That simply means the opportunity for salvation is opened up to him. It is up to him whether he accepts the offer or not.
Also note Isaiah 65:17-25-
"For here I am creating new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be called to mind, neither will they come up into the heart. But exult, you people, and be joyful forever in what I am creating. For here I am creating Jerusalem a cause for joyfulness and her people a cause for exultation. And I will be joyful in Jerusalem and exult in my people; and no more will there be heard in her the sound of weeping or the sound of a plaintive cry.”
“No more will there come to be a suckling a few days old from that place, neither an old man that does not fulfill his days; for one will die as a mere boy, although a hundred years of age; and as for the sinner, although a hundred years of age he will have evil called down upon him. And they will certainly build houses and have occupancy; and they will certainly plant vineyards and eat [their] fruitage. They will not build and someone else have occupancy; they will not plant and someone else do the eating. For like the days of a tree will the days of my people be; and the work of their own hands my chosen ones will use to the full. They will not toil for nothing, nor will they bring to birth for disturbance; because they are the offspring made up of the blessed ones of Jehovah, and their descendants with them. And it will actually occur that before they call out I myself shall answer; while they are yet speaking, I myself shall hear.
“The wolf and the lamb themselves will feed as one, and the lion will eat straw just like the bull; and as for the serpent, his food will be dust. They will do no harm nor cause any ruin in all my holy mountain,” Jehovah has said."
Did you note especially verse 20? "No more will there come to be a suckling a few days old from that place, neither an old man that does not fulfill his days; for one will die as a mere boy, although a hundred years of age; and as for the sinner, although a hundred years of age he will have evil called down upon him."

Not sure what your question is? Are you saying that there are no Christians in those places? I do know for a fact that there are some in India, not a lot, I believe my religion has over 40,000 in India. China is a communist country, so there are some, but they are under ban and must worship in secret. I know of several in China who have spent years in prison, even solitary confinement due to practicing their Christian beliefs. Now along the Amazon River, I don't know for sure.
The bible says at Matt 24:14 that "The good news of the kingdom will be preached to the entire inhabited earth, to all nations, then the end would come."
God can read peoples hearts. He will make sure that all those with a good heart will be found.
Edit:
Also anyone who has died, including anyone from India, China and the Amazon, have a hope of the resurrection.
Ro. 6: 23 "wages of sin is death" so they have paid for their sins.
John 5: 28 & 29 "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement." If they are judged according to past deeds, then this is inconsistant with Romans 6:7 "He who has died has been acquitted from his sin." It would also be unreasonable to resurrect people simply for them to be destroyed. Jesus was pointing ahead to the resurrection ; then, in the remainder of verse 29, he was expressing the outcome after they had been uplifted to human perfection, free of Adamic sin, at that point after the 1000 years, they will be judged. Rev. 20: 1-15
Acts 24: 15 "I have hope toward God..that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." Both those who lived in harmony with God's righteous ways and people who, out of ignorance, did unrighteous things will be resurrected.
God does not forget anyone. There is no one that is not precious to him. 2 Peter 3: 9 "Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance."

How about a Muslim's perspective?
Islam means "submission" (to God). Those people who have not heard about Islam (or Christianity, or Judaism) in its true form are, more than likely, still practicing submission to their god. There is a common sense thread that runs through all religions to do the "right" thing.
Let's say, though, that maybe their culture permits human sacrifice to their god. Personally, I believe that God looks at those people (the sacrificed ones) as martyrs. And I don't believe God holds us accountable for what we haven't learned or what we're just unable to understand (say, because of mental illness).
God's mercy is greater than we can humanly comprehend. I have been taught that on the Day of Judgement, God will take all the Believers into Paradise (notice I did not just say Muslims). God will also allow the Prophet Muhammad and the earlier Prophets, such as Jesus and Moses, to intercede on the behalf of people. God will take the martyrs and their families into heaven (and the martyrs include, for example, people who die in natural disasters, such as the tsunami). And then God will sweep through those who are hell-bound and grant a number of them entrance to Paradise as well.
Personally, I don't know if we've got the details of how it's gonna work exactly right, but I do believe it when we Muslims say Allah is the Most Merciful.

The question is not clear..
But what about them.. Do we evangelize them?? Yes. China has a huge underground church that has existed for many years..
Do you think that there are not christians evangelizing the Amazon tribes?? Look up "new tribes missions"
There are groups that specialize in this type of ministry..

Romans 1 says "They will be judged by the light they have".
In other words,in every culture it is wrong to steal and murder. That comes naturally from God.They know there's a God ,the name is not important.Paul says "They have eternity in their hearts" . and man knws when he corrupts something. Now if they reject God,that's a different story.
