I can't spend the whole day at the beach. It's too boring. I used to do it. I also am beginning to get the signs of growing up on Lake Michigan and spending every waking minute at the beach since being a baby. I'm getting those age spots on my chest and shoulders. I know, I need to be careful especially being a fair skinned blond but I look SO MUCH better with a tan! Anyways, if I go to the beach from like 11 A.M. till 1 A.M atleast 5 days a week, will I get a good tan? I tan fairly easily inspite of being fair. I'm using SPF 4 because it's like they don't make SPF free stuff anymore!

you are actually tanning at the worst possible times

the age spots are a early warning of the already sun damage

you'll look so much better with ..age spots, melasma, hyper or hypo pigmentation ,wrinkles, Cancer?

yes, you can. I live an hour from the beach, so can only go on Sunday mornings. I leave the beach before noon to miss the worst of the sun's rays and don't use any lotion at all. I still get a pretty good tan. I'd advise going earlier or later or use a higher SPF to avoid sunburn and skin cancer.

youll easily get a tan with those hours if as you say, you tan easily. but id be quite worried about your skin, you should be using a higher SPF. i use 30 and i still tan great, it just stops me from burning and also protects the skin.
