YES!
It's interesting though. Modern science-philosophy doesn't even aim at "Truth" anymore - doesn't consider truth in the ordinary sense of the word as even being possible. "Truth," in the scientific sense, is really a matter of "fitness." No test or experiment can ever "prove" a scientific theory, although a single negative result is enough to disprove it. The sun has risen every day in recorded memory; but that's doesn’t "prove" that it will rise tomorrow, as Hume famously pointed out. But the theory that the sun rises every day remains a valid theory until the day arrives when the sun does NOT rise. Every scientific statement is conditional. This is what is really meant by the rather provocative-sounding assertion that "all scientific theories will eventually be disproved." We’re always "wrong in the first place," and it’s impossible from the very nature of the case for us to ever be completely “right,” but the progress of science is towards more fitting, convenient, useful, and interesting - if not "truer" - modes of conception.
Religion, meanwhile, DOES claim to represent absolute Truth-with-a-capital-T, in the good old-fashioned “always and forever” sense that makes people feel like they have something to hang their hats on. But this “Truth” is not of the rational order, and cannot be scientifically proved or disproved. Many religious people will readily concede this.

I suppose this can be a enormous problem! I suppose there are plenty of humans in the market who're announcing they aid Obama on the grounds that they get a hot fuzzy feeling within on the grounds that the are a white man or woman helping a black man or woman. It is like announcing "See how no longer racist I am", but if it comes time to truthfully vote, while they're of their possess little cubicle, the vote won't move to Obama it'll move to McCain. Being liberal proper now, is like being a freaky grunge child within the ninety's. It is the cool factor to do. SO the entire fans bounce at the bandwagon and journey on my own. To unhealthy it will truthfully fairly negatively outcome our nation, in which as the ones loopy grunge children now simply appear again at how dull they had been to not wash there hair or put on garments that are compatible. Another factor is, data exhibit that almost all of electorate are over the age of forty five. Do you truthfully suppose that such an amazing percent of the 18 to 30 age organization goes to get off in their butts and move vote? Probably no longer! And whether it is left as much as the forty five and older organization.....McCain will win palms down. After all there may be the announcing "If you don't seem to be a liberal at 25 you don't have any middle, if you're a conservative at forty you don't have any mind."

The only thing I'm completely convinced of is that all of us can have only, at best, educated guesses.
Which is an awfully agnostic stance for a Pagan, and won't stop my guessing, but there it is.

No. Either the atheists have it right and there is no God or gods or "higher power" or some someone else does. By popular definition agnostics can't be wrong as they say they don't know.

Yes, but most people are incapable of admitting any possibility that they might be in any way mistaken....and that is across the board for all believers except very possibly true agnostics.

in the end one has to be right
there are so many beliefs in different God/s to none at all
one is right
and yes I of course believe it is what I believe
but if I did not know/think it was why would I bother to follow the way, so I say I am right not in arrogance but faith that Jesus is God

Indeed. We all are one; And so far "one proselyte".
A little leaven[law] leaveneth the whole lump[grace].
A little cancer us law can and will kill the whole body.
So, we're all grounded, till we get it: understanding.
According to Solomon, understanding = "grace glory".
Plato: no law or ordinance is migher than understanding.
Solomon: with all thy getting, get understanding (Prov 4).
THINK, from the end to endure unto that's already written:
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

It's possible that all of us are wrong, but if that's the case, what's the harm with being probably right?

Well, I think true agnosticism - just plain old saying we don't know - would still be right.
I'd be wrong then, though, because I am an agnostic theist.

Read only if you have time for God.
Let me tell you, make sure you read all the way to the bottom. I almost deleted this email but I was blessed when I got to the end
God, when I received this e-mail, I thought...
I don't have time for this... And, this is really inappropriate during work.
Then, I realized that this kind of thinking is... Exactly, what has caused lot of the problems in our world today.
We try to keep God in church on Sunday morning...
Maybe, Sunday night...
And, the unlikely event of a midweek service.
We do like to have Him around during sickness...
And, of course, at funerals.
However, we don't have time, or room, for Him during work or play...
Because... That's the part of our lives we think... We can, and should, handle on our own.
May God forgive me for ever thinking...
That... there is a time or place where..
HE is not to be FIRST in my life.
We should always have time to remember all HE has done for us.
If, You aren't ashamed to do this...
Please follow the directions.
Jesus said, "If you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you before my FATHER."
Not ashamed? Pass this on ONLY IF YOU MEAN IT!!
Yes, I do Love God.
HE is my source of existence and Savior.
He keeps me functioning each and every day. Without Him, I will be nothing. But, with Christ, HE strengthens me. (Phil 4:13)
This is the simplest test.
If You Love God... And, are not ashamed of all the marvelous things
HE has done for you...
Send this to ten people and the person who sent it to you! Now do you have the time to pass it on?
Make sure that you scroll through to the end.
Easy vs. Hard
Why is it so hard to tell the truth but Yet so easy to tell a lie?
Why are we so sleepy in church but Right when the sermon is over we suddenly wake up?
Why is it so easy to delete a Godly e-mail, but yet we forward all of the nasty ones?
Of all the free gifts we may receive, Prayer is the very best one....
There are no costs, but wonderful rewards... GOD BLESS!
Notes: Isn't it funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell.
Isn't it funny how someone can say "I believe in God" but still follow Satan (who, by the way, also "believes" in God).
Isn't it funny how you can send a thousand jokes through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing?
Isn't it funny how when you go to forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them.
Isn't it funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me than what God thinks of me.
I pray, for everyone who sends this to their entire address book, they will be blessed by God in a way special for them.
And send it back to the person who sent it, to let them know that indeed it was sent out to many more.
