There are many new weapons being developed. The military is calling for use of chemical weapons, u boats machine gins airplanes and tanks. Which to you recommend the Kaiser to use?

As his advisor, I would stress to him that any new weapon we develop, we need to develop in mass. Once we have large quantities, we find the weak points to the enemies trenches and where his forces are the lightest. We mass every new weapon we have and launch an offensive directly at these places. When we punch through, we roll up the sides and send the armow through the gap directly into their lines of communication in the back.
We need to have developed enough of each and every one that a new weapon or two could be placed on at least two, but preferrably, three battlefields. Two close together so they would be confused as to which to send reinforcements to and the third a good ways away and a day behind the other two. These new weapons need to be brought up under cover of darkness and concealed amongst the trees. The troops manning these weapons, also need to be concealed.

As your enemies all have large Navies to establish and maintain the large Colonial Empires of which the Kaiser is insanely jealous, then the development of the Submarine will be the key to his winning military strategy, by destroying his naval capabilities and merchant ships you will seriously hamper his war production and reinforcements coming from overseas colonies.

i would recomend the use of all of them, because if germany doesnt their enimies will, and germany will loose the war.
