This film actually shows both sides of Creation and evolution.

I saw your last question, asking, "If evolution is true why aren't there millions of transitional fossils". You picked the answer that agreed with you and ignored the ones giving links showing you were wrong. Did you even click on the links? I've noticed that the creationists in here have a habit of picking "best answers" that merely agree with what they want to believe. That creation museum propagates ignorance. If you could click on this source and show scientifically why they are wrong, I'll not only apologize, I'll nominate you for a NOBEL!

Very intersting. It think their view, however is just as slanted and Science and things are somewhere inbetween. It think the reporting was fair. I think both sides spokespeople were good.

Both views have equal potential to be correct but I don't agree totally with either side.

I look for a meeting between science and the Bible. I think they can compliment and explain each other.

The astonishing part is the Bible is over 3,000 years old and for it to meld with science is what is astonishing.

If we take the 6 day creation and disect it, it MEETS very CLOSELY with modern science's time lines as a PERCENTAGE.

For example. Creation day 1, man at the end of day 6, God Finished. The Sun and Earth totally formed on day 4 that is 2/3 the way from creation.

Science creation 14-15 billioin years ago, man in the least 100,000 to 200,000 year (most recent species) and the Sun (and possibly Earth) in exists 4-5 billion or 2/3 the way from creation.

Big Bang, of course, is very similar to Genesis (the Big Bang theory did come from a CAtholic Priest, you know).

Jesus telling us WE COULD ALL DO WHAT HE DID

One of the things he did was touch a man with his hand or hands and restore him to life.

What, you never heard of a 50 year old "invention" called CPR.

Jesus may have been more advanced than that, then again Jesus may have pressed on his sternum to start the lungs moving.

We don't KNOW for a fact.

God, says we could be as Gods, except we don't live forever. The FINITE part is what keeps us from being Gods.

God gave Jesus the secrets of restoring life. God gave it to us as well. JEsus said so, so did God, EXCEPT for finite existance.

We have it in us. Once you understand how it works you can walk on water.

Once you understand how it works you can get water from a rock like Moses did.

We make chemical compounds and refine isotopes by altering the atomic structure.

That's akin to ALCHEMY

Learn how and you can turn water into wine or lead into gold.

Once you learn how to do that you take the VALUE out of things.

Once ANYONE can make gold, it becomes worthless as a barter tool.

One things I do agree with the head of the musem. The Bible does have all the secrets of the universe. But it's not a physics text book. We get back to Einstein's brillitant statement.

Science without religion is LAME and religion without science is BLIND.

Remember, without science your kids would still get Mumps, MEasels, Polio, Tuberculosis, Chicken Pox, Diptheria, Scarlet Fever and when their appendix bursts it will be scientists who remove it from inside their bodies.

And Science needs to remember without religion there might not be a Harvard or Yale in America.

LOL.....'it shows both sides'? ..... LOL You have got to be kidding! The museum is yet another attempt to somehow 'sciencefy' the creation story of the bible. Showing dinosaurs and humans living together? Claiming that dinosaurs were on Noah's Ark? It is merely trying to turn the mythology of the bible into some kind of history or science book. The 'sheep' of religion I'm sure will be impressed. The intelligent, rational, logically based people that live in reality will see it for what it is ...... a Disneyland for weak willed, easily lead religious fanatics.

It is an error in logic to assume that just because there are two sides to an argument that they both deserve equal footing. If I think women shouldn't be allowed to vote do I get equal footing with those who think they should? What if I said, as was the official Christian position, that the sun revolves around the earth? Does my argument deserve to be on equal footing then?

Evolution is fact. Creationism is myth. Evolution changes its position in reaction to new scientific evidence. Creationism changes its position based on how ground its lost due to new scientific evidence.

Look through history and you'll see the slow, steady retreat of religion in areas of science. The evidence of science overwhelms the dogma of religion. This is going to be the case until those who chose to support religion surrender and retreat out of areas of fact and into areas of spirituality, where religion belongs in the first place.

Thank you for posting this. The Bible itself does not agree on the 24 hour day per creative day period. It is a shame that this view is forced upon the Bible when it is unsupported.

See this link for that info:

At the same time, when I looked, the person just below your answer button says this nonsense about the poor again and waste of money. The billions going to evolutionary research is not moaned thus -- fanatics the bunch of them that only approve of things researched that support their faith.

Both sides? i saw a whole bunch of crazy with a small blurb saying "this is crazy" in the middle.

If you think that is all evolution has to offer you have not looked into it.

Both sides? One side is rubbish and one side is proven fact. I'm glad they squandered $20 million creating their white Elephant. I see it as a massive blunder by the creationists to let themselves come under public scrutiny.

At least they are acknowledging dinosaurs existed now instead of saying dinosaur fossils were planted by Satan.

Still way of the mark though

$27 Million that could have gone to helping the poor, instead made animatronic dinosaur puppets playing with baby Cain and Abel.

*Sigh*
