I bought a Ford Fusion about a year ago. Have put over 18k on it and have not had even a hint of trouble with it to date. Best car I've ever owned.

Yes I'm driving one now I don't know why i bought a ford I'm a Holden girl really but it belonged to a mechanic that's where I made my mistake. I thought the car would be good and the price was right. My ex wont buy any thing else but a ford. Do yourself a favour and before buying any car get an inspection done on it first could save yourself thousands $$$$ Wish I had used my own advice. Good luck

I am not a real big fan of the new Fords, but I do like a lot of the earlier models:
mustang
mavric (302)
Fairlain
Cobras
and of coarse the old t buckets, with flat head V8
The new Focus SVT
and the King Rancher 350 are nice too.

I LOVE Fords. I drove a Ford Falcon station wagon for years. A beautiful ride.

Well, I have a Ford Falcon sedan. If the model is very common in the US, then that should mean the parts are common and cheaper to replace when it comes to maintenance, compared to a Mercedes. Fords are very reliable and run well in Australia and are even used as police cars here! I believe we have our own factory and manufacture them here though. The parts would be imported.

You know, I like the new Ford Explorer ... but I wouldn't buy it, because the fact that it's a ford makes me nervous lol

I would NEVER buy a ford. Maybe I would by a Mustang Shelby if I was rich, but that's it.
I used to own an Escape. It was terrible.
My dad owned an F150. It was terrible.
It definitely not a matter of poor maintainence, either.

i would never ever buy a ford they are right sh!t and they just suck..
