I have suffered with insomnia for several years and I've used prescription, herbal, and OTC sleep aids. Other than prescription Trazodone the only thing that helps me sleep through the night is a warm cup of Milo. I was very skeptical when it was first suggested to me but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried. The stronger I make it, the better it works.

yes
it's the chocolate that keeps you up.
but if you drink decaf at night and make it hot you can sleep really good.
Milo is a pick you up thing.
so try hot tea at night.
also try drinking it in a hot tub of water that will really make you ready for bed time.

milo is sweet so it contains sugar, it will make you sleep maybe but full of nightmares. No joke, it's true. Try to believe it

I don't know but I love it sprinkled on ice cream!
Actually, I don't need any excuse to eat it.
