Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Ingredients: ¾ cup butter softened, ¾ cup sugar, ¾ cup packed light brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 ¼ cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ¾ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 ¾ cups oatmeal, 1 cup raisins. Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoons on to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, remove from cookie sheet and onto wire rack. They're wicked good! This recipe makes about 24 cookies so just multiply the ingredients by 3 and it should make about 72 cookies.
