YOU MUST GET SCREENED FOR DIABETES type 2, also may I ask ,how is your overall health...particularly any poor circulation and loss of conciousness, or any limb and finger tip loss of feeling, hows your eyesight any changes over time,do you crave carbs and SUGAR orSALTS, any high BP ..any gout ..ask your Doc about nueropathy, or nerve damage too! Also high stress levels can cause a wide variety of serious even deadly symptoms. TAKE YOUR TIME and remember TO breathe and laugh!!!!!!

i'm no doctor but numbness usually means something with your nerves which could mean something with your brain. On the other hand it could be something with your back. Have you consulted your doctor regarding this. A trip to get your back aligned may not be a bad idea.

Go to your dr.
I had this problem also a few years ago...and im not going to scare you but "umph" is right.
it could be something with your brain and is something with your nerves most likely.
it may seem like nothing but can also be an underlying cause of something more serious. it cant hurt to see a dr.

I too have this, and mine is due to poor circulation I have since been diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder. This is important to get checked. I now have permanent loss of feeling in one foot due to stroke.
Best wishes
