Truth: how much you can tell the truth, you have to think. For example you are an old person and living in a house and you see one guy on the street come to you telling you to give him a place to hide. Some thieves are running behind him to loot him. As a good muslim you give place to hide, and then you see after a while the thieves come by and asking you did you see one man running? As a Muslim your answer is "Yes he is hiding here " and you simply sit happily seeing these thieves catching him and luting him dreaming your paradise (you selfish creature!) after death. How funny your quotes!
In Hinduism(Sanatana Dharma) you need to do Dharma(rightousness). Dharma is not just saying truth, but doing the right thing which is best for the situations and doing your duty as a brother, sister, mother, father whatever your family positions you have, teacher, doctor whatever your profesional positions are in the society. This is Dharma.
Fulfill your promises: If you have promised for a good cause you have to. It comes under one word Dharma
Be faithfull when you are trusted: According to Dharma you have to be faithfull always, not just when you are trusted.
Safeguard your private parts: This is really funny! you better find some new metalic underwear design which can be opened with a single key which is just with you! ha ha!! While everyone doing their own dharma no one has to keep their private parts safeguarded. Everyone needed to keep it hidden to avoid unnecessary temptations in others. Your body and mind is god given and you have to keep it pure with cleanliness. Body should be cleaned of dirt etc and mind should be cleaned of so many bad emotions like, kama(Desire or passion for physical satisfactions), Anger, jelousy etc.
lower your gaze: Do you mean humbleness? In hinduism it says, the true nature of you and me are divine so you are just that and when you realize that others are also the same divine persons as you , you become humble.
Withhold your hands: Talk to islamic terrorists about this , they will give you the words from Quran which tells to kill the nonbelievers.
And for the concept of paradise in Quran read on the following verses :
Koran 52.24
And there shall wait on them [the Muslim men] young boys of their own, as fair as virgin pearls."
Koran 76.19
They shall be attended by boys graced with eternal youth, who will seem like scattered pearls to the beholders."
