If you are really on Central Standard Time:

7:00 MDT --> 7:00 CST

However, unless you live in certain parts of Canada, you are currently on Daylight time not Standard time. In that case, at 7:00 MDT it is 8:00 CDT.

If it is 7:00 CST it would be 7:00 on MDT at the exact same time, if you didn't move the clock ahead one hour in the moutain time zone, then you would have to wait an hour, but since the clock was moved ahead one hour, the central and mountain times would be the same.

Try this website out for converting time

There is one hour difference between mountain standard time and central standard time. MDT is when the time changes at daylight savings. If you live in a state that observes daylight savings then you don't have to worry about converting more than one hour difference to your time.
