Prayer is just having a conversation with God. I pray all throughout the day. I pray while working, driving, cooking, just walking around outside looking at all the beautiful things my Lord has created. There is no right or wrong way to pray. Yes, I really mean it.

I pray 5 times a day and yes, I really mean it. I am not sure what you mean by 'how', but I currently have a broken leg, so I need to sit in a chair to pray.

you pray in the name of Jesus Christ the son of God Almighty by the leading of the Holy Spirit!
oh yes and you must definitely mean what you ask in prayer for the Bible says that the fervent/earnest prayer of the righteous availeth much.
also the bible says the prayer of the unrighteous is an abomination unto the Lord
(Faithful prayer)
James 5:13-17
13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: 15 and the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. 17 Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. 18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

First I forgive those who have wronged me, then I ask god to forgive me of my sin. I pray for our leaders, and the church, and lastly for my friends needs. I pray on the full armor. This is my usual morning. I start praying this about 5 am. Before that if God wants me to pray for others, this is around 4 am. Evening prayer is for the needs of others.
Yes, I mean it. And the way is a normal conversation.

I usually say that I am coming before the throne of grace, humbly, because i know i am not worthy. I tell the Lord of my sins and shortcomings, and repent of them. I tell him that I know he knows what my prayer is before i even ask him. Then I pray for others who have needs. I then usually pray for my needs, and that i will be a blessing to others. I ask God to make me an instrument of his work. I close by praising God for his holiness, his mercy, his love, and his power. That his ways are higher than mine, and his thoughts are higher than mine. I end by praying in Christ's name, telling him that i believe his promises. I know it doesnt really sound this way, but it comes out as a conversation. The more i pray, the more i realize that God's word is true, and that i can trust him for all things according to his will. And when i pray, i mean it with all my heart. If my heart is not right, before i ask God for anything else, I ask him to change my heart, and draw me closer to him.

Of course I mean it and what good would it do if I didn't?
Usually I do full prostration face down on the ground and I begin with the lord's prayer and then i just talk to the creator from my heart.

Well you can get these bracelets that say STOP on them and they stand for sorry, thankyou, others, and please. So you say you're sorry for the sins you've commited, you thank God(Jesus) for things, you pray for others(eg.people who are'nt Christians so on) and you ask God for the things you need not nessecarily what you want. There's a difference. When I pray;which is a lot,I always try to make sure I mean it.

I just talk to God as though he was right next to pay. When I talk with Him, I mean every bit of my prayer with all my heart. Sometimes, I just sit and listen as prayer is not just about talking or asking for something, it's also about listening to God.
