Christians make a mockery of God on here daily without even realizing it.
The rest of us are simply holding up a mirror, and they can't stand it.

Aside from drinking and drugs I am at a loss for what laws go against free will. That is any more than the Ten Commandments and laws found in Leviticus.
God gave us free will and he, by the creation of laws, said if you wish to give up this free will and follow after him he will reward you with life eternal.
If you choose not to take him up on this offer you have the free will to do so. If you take him up on it and later change your mind you can exercise your free will and stop.
Likewise, if you choose to live in society, you have to obey the laws or leave. As with God you can choose when you wish to exercise this free will. But, doing so comes at a price. Isolation, imprisonment, death, and death eternal.

I often have problems with those who do that but by the same turn all laws are based on some moral code. Someone is passing a law determing someone else's freedoms and responsibilities. As two specifically the New Testament It says we are to hold each other ( fellow Christians) accountable.

For one free will or choice is given, you posted your question our of free will. Didn't u? But just cause we are Christians don't mean we can make the law. For there are many laws out there that goes against the bible. So if u want to point your finger at someone look at who is making them.

God says to follow the law of the land, so long as it doesn't contradict His perfect law. Not all laws are made by Christians. Therefore, your question is a joke.
BTW, nowhere in the Bible is a gift of Free Will. We must live by His laws or perish. Not to much gray area in that one. Please do your research before you go on another unfounded tirade.

You are absolutely correct. Christians are opposed to abortion and gay marriage. And God is the ultimate judge in the end. But, you need to remember that true Christians will not judge those who have an abortion, or those that are homosexual. True Christians remember Moses was a murderer, David was an adulterer, and Paul was a persecutor of Jews. Yet all these sinners are perfect examples of people who left everything to follow God. They are among the greatest figures of the Bible. As a Christian, I would not even give my opinon unless I was asked on these issues. I would not judge the person who was in the situation, but if they wanted my advise, I would give it to them.

The Bible tells us that the civil magistrate is to be a minister of God for good (which certainly is guided by God's moral law). However he is limited in the punishment of public violations of God's law, because there needs to be at least two witnesses.
Romans 13:3, 4
"For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil."

Principals this country was founded on. Other than that, Christianity isn't about "Law". We live the Christian way of life whether it's considered Law or not. It is free choice to live Gods plan for your life or not....

Should we all live under laws that non-believers pass?
I think if you read the Bible carefully, you would understand what free will is.
Who makes laws isn't decided by belief or non-belief anyway. It shouldn't be, either.

You have the choice to drive trough the red light or stop...............going trough may kill you and others, but obeying the law, you choose to live longer and save others.
Deuteronomy 30:19........ I do take the heavens and the earth as witnesses against YOU today, that I have put life and death before you, the blessing and the malediction; and you must choose life in order that you may keep alive, you and your offspring,

I'll grant you that. Some laws should never have been on the books. However, we have the free will to beat the hell out of gays or blacks, or straights or whites, or women, or children, on and on. It is BECAUSE we have free will that we need some guidelines. Look at what's happening in the world now. And please don't be so arrogant as to think you know what should be legislated and what should not. You don't.
