I like GNC's vitamins. Use only as directed and there are no negative side effects. With a Multi vitamin you do not need extra vitamins and supplements.

What's your drug of alternative? If it is weed, you must understand that it takes an afternoon for each and every hit you are taking to get from your process. No GNC product will cover the truth you do medicines. Sorry.

I'm not a fan of GNC products they are overpriced, and not the best vitamins out there. You should get a multi-vitamin that states that it is made from whole food products or whole food concentrates. Try vitamins made by Solgar or Solray.

I took these for a little while. As with ALL vitamins, you will not notice any positive or negative results...except for the weird alien pee and a horrible burping taste (maybe that was just me). I guess they are good. Though, I would suggest you try an organic alternative, honestly. Something that is derived directly from the plants and minerals that you are seeking to benefit from. They don't turn your pee crazy nuclear colors. :)
