Like you are stuck in a maze and the harder you look the harder it is to find what you seek? Am I searching too hard can I be blocking my own efforts in some way? Its something I cant tune into, something Im missing somewhere perhaps? I am normally quite intuitive but in one area of my life I cant seem to find what I seek?

Marilyn, i don't feel as if i can give you advise LOL! You are too good. Maybe you are seeking too hard. The best place to look is within. What do you want, are you okay with any changes that will happen and do you want to fight others off in order to get what you want? The best thing to do is to look within and see if you are suitable for any changes to get that specific goal. If you want that specific goal, you will get a lot of surprises and different 'goals' along the way, things you don't want. For the better or worse. You are perhaps searching too hard or not searching too hard. The best way to do it is to fix on your goal, don't make it seem as if you are not trying. Try to do what your specific goal is. But some goals come with a price as well as with time. You can't rush into things. Only you know what your goal is, see if it's right to rush into it or not. If it's a relationship with being with someone, you can't rush into things, it causes tension and it is not right for you and it causes for you to look within yourself. Do what is right, don't do what is wrong, try hard and only you know what goal you want. You will one day find what you are seeking for. Try and study yourself from within and see what is missing. Look if your personality or behaviour is holding you back. It could seriously help you get to your goal. But sometimes you have to seek God to seek what you want. Or you have to stop searching and let it come to you.

What we all need to seek is not seen . We all need to seek faith in the Lord Jesus Christ . Once we have found faith in the Lord then we need to seek ways to do his will follow his teachings and obey his commandments.
do those things and the idea of a particular job or material wealth or power becomes much less if not totally removed from our quest for the right way. Jesus Christ is the way the truth and the life .

Sometimes, you just have to "weather it out" and carry on seeking. I know that just before breakthroughs in our lives we can have great struggles. I would counsel you to carry on seeking and searching, eventually you will find whatever it is you are looking for. Theres an old saying that says, if you want something enough, you will get it. I believe that.

If you keep doing what hasn't worked in the past, can you really expect it to work when trying it again?
Try a new approach, a different tactic, something you haven't before.
It would help if you said what the specific goal is.

Ask God specifically. God will, if you don't turn a blind eye, lead you to the door, you have to go inside and don't expect to find exactly what you seek only what you specifically asked for.

Don't be afraid to stop and just rest and regroup yourself. Maybe you are after something that may not be good for you. RELAX. That is my advice, since the best things that ever came to me came without any hard work on my part.

Let it come to you, maybe your goal will come about in other ways, the best you can do is to keep going forward in your life, learning and persevering with what comes and things will unfold in ways you don't expect if you are patient
