Vitamins wont give you energy calouries from foods do that along with the enzyme process which is hardly mentioned in diet books nowadays . Magnesuim finctions in about 60moperations in the body zinc is important too , but a balance of all the vitamins and minerals through a vitamin capsule is your best bet for a abalanced vit intake of course you have been told that before
