I have had a sour shoulder since October last year i have been to a gp and shoulder doctor and physio. i have had Needles and it still hasnt helped. has anyone had this problem or can tell me how to stop it hurting? im willing to try anything.

you have to cut back on using your shoulder as much. Reducing the use is going to give it a rest and hopefully time to start recovering. Place a heating pad on the shoulder for fifteen minutes and afterwards apply an analgesic cream. This will help reduce some of the pain.

I recommend you see a chiropractor. They can often do more for pain Then anyone else. They will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend a treatment program.

It could be rotator cuff problem. I have the same thing and using a computer mouse is bad for it because your arm is not supported and you are using the shoulder to support all the weight.
Do the exercises religiously. Try some Yoga (this has helped me). Support your arm if you are using a mouse.
Mine hurts a lot sometimes and has for 3 years now.
