Need you to clarify your answer for me to one of the other people's questions.....you wrote....

Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and the sexually immoral" (Hebrews 13:4, NIV).

"Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge" (Hebrews 13:4, KJV).

So when God impregnated a woman so in effect raped her and coddled another mans woman this was okay???????

The Bible is full of those things! Mary was having an affair, end of story! Not only that, but the whole thing was IMPOSSIBLE. I'm sure if I was Joseph, I would be pretty annoyed if my girlfriend MAGICALLY fell pregnant.

Oh, what about parting water? Was he sure it wasn't just the tide going out?

would you like to be married to some one,and some else having sex with your wife or even cause a divorce and take her away from you, there i lots of ways of doing adultery, between husband and wife no man or women should get involved, lots of people always gets hurt, some people just need to think about other people rather then just them self's,in the Bible it says all the ways a man or women is doing adultery,God told eve don't eat from that apple tree or you will die,but she dint lesson to God she lesson to the devil when he said eat you will be fine, she eat the apple and died from heaven,in Bible it says whats taken from earth will be taken in heaven, some things are hard th understand but when we do it all make sense. and God exist dont let anyone fool you ,God is very forgiven, but if you hurt me who do you think needs to forgive you first,God loves all of us the same but he hates the sin for a reason, because all his loved ones gets hurt, and we also be hurtint God by our sins,Jesus said only thru me you can go to heaven, and i say to everyone stop the sin ask God to forgive and if possible ask does who you all hurt to forgive you's,and mabe just mabe God will forgive you all,and put you all in a good place and mabe even heaven for some of you or all he has the power to do it,but you all have to stop talking bad about God because only God can save you's thru Jesus, and he knows exacly where you are and who you all are, good luck and GOD loves you all.

My personal opinion is that this is how the whole 'Jesus - Son of God' myth started.

I think Mary was having an affair and got pregnant, but then Joseph says 'but we haven't had sex! how can you be pregnant?! You must be having an affair!' and gets into a fit of blind rage....

Mary, to cover her wicked adulterous ways, thinks on her feet and says '...erm...it was...erm...no..its..God's baby! yes...thats right...God's baby...'

Don't be a wise *ss. God didn't rape Mary.

For it is written: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the learning of the learned I will set aside." Where is the wise one? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made the wisdom of the world foolish? For since in the wisdom of God the world did not come to know God through wisdom, it was the will of God through the foolishness of the proclamation to save those who have faith.
For Jews demand signs and Greeks look for wisdom, but we proclaim Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, but to those who are called, Jews and Greeks alike, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength.

Mary didn't become pregnant without her permission so no rape occurred.
There was no physical contact or sexual intercourse of any kind so there was no adultery.
Joseph knew the woman he was marrying was pregnant and still went ahead with it when he could have easily slipped out of the deal.
Repent while you can.

To all you idiots out there, If Jesus is the "Son of God" and not of Joseph, then he is not of the House of David, and therefore not the prophesied Messiah. If He is the son of Joseph and therefore of the House of David, as prophesied, then he cannot be The Son of God.

God spoke EVERYTHING into existence. He didn't take out His hammer to build the universe...He spoke, it happened. The same with Mary, it wasn't sex, He "willed" it.
