i'll be broadcasting a live dj mix show from my room, so i need to broadcast sound, video, and maybe some onscreen effects at minimul cost. the broadcast is open to all to be recieved by antenna... or digital satellite.

You can buy all of the equipment easily enough. You will need a camera of course. You are gouing to want stereo so your transmitter will need to support that. But unless you have a lot of money you are not going to transmit very far or with very good quality. Depending on where you live you may be able to get a low power license from the FCC but these limit your range to just a few miles at most. Try to do this without the license, big fines.

yes, but in Germany, German is the national language. The US does not have a national language as the founding fathers did not want one. Also, Fox offers their online website in spanish, so i don't see what's the problem with having a spanish version of the TV station. One last thing, nobody is forcing you to watch the spanish speaking version, so suck it up and stop whining.
