Yup, after seeing what Christians have done throughout the ages, even present times, in the name of "faith" still makes m cringe.

Anybody with real faith would not be involved with organized religions or doing such acts. It is tough to see the word 'faith' get such a bad rap; but that is the delusion the world operates under in this hour.
These people, like so many today, were true believers on a head trip. Of faith? They knew and know nothing.

Those men were misguided and ignorant. They were miserable cowards who killed innocent people.
No, the word faith does not send shivers through my spine.
Read Hebrews, chapter 11.
"Faith is the belief in things fervently hoped for, the conviction of things not seen" Hebrews 11:1
Hebrews 11 goes on to list all of the great forefathers of faith, including Abraham, who is also the progenitor of Muslims, as well as Jews and Christians.

Except that what you're saying is bullshit. Their faith does not promise that - sunnah is a load of crap. If they'd ever read the Qur'an, they'd have known that what they were doing is wrong, but too many Muslims don't know anything about their "faith."

I think that people confuse cowardice with amorality. They killed innocent people. They were cowards in the sense that they were not willing to fight an army for their beliefs. Instead, they took over an unsuspecting plane and rammed it into 2 unprotected buildings holding many people from all walks of life.
They were cowards. An amoral religion that spouts off at the mouth about being moral ...and they want to call the bible contradictory.

Faith makes people easily exploited. It's a weakness. People who believe strongly in concepts that can't be perceived might as well have a big target painted on them. They are exploited by snake oil salesmen in capitalist countries like USA and in Muslim countries, they are expendable pawns in a deadly game of chess.

Not really. Faith is something we all need to have. In what and/or in whom you place that faith is what makes all the difference. Faith is God-given, like breath. We all have faith to at least some small degree.
What you call brave, I call insane.

Absolutely so! The idea of life without my faith? It would not be worth living. Beware that abuse of a God-given thing would make you want to throw out the powerful blessing it was meant to be!
"But without faith it is impossible to please God."
Hebrews 11: 1

They ended their life in a physical fire, to continue spiritual life in a spiritual fire. The reward of their faith!
