Sorry, but my question didn't fit the whole silly thing, but anyways:
What is the best movie making software of any CPU (Windows cpu) that i can use for school projects with all proffesional effects (ex: blood stains, or fake rain). Also please tell me the best video camera, that will be able to be tranfered to the movie maker, (because some softwares don't accept the videos). Please tell me the best of the best. Thanks to all. :)

Most video editors will have effects such as colour balance, slo mo, light rays etc, but you'll probably need a dedicated app to do things like rain or explosions. Wax is a free effects package, but it's not easy to use (it's been a long time since I tried it, so it might be better now) or you could look at Particle Illusion SE. Probably the best known app is Adobe After Effects, but that's around $1000. The video editor itself will need to have multiple tracks, and preferably the ability to handle transparency and compositing. Chromakey (blue / green screen) would be useful too. I'd have a look at Vegas Movie Studio, Premier Elements and Pure Motion EditStudio.
You'll need to think about the audio, too! Vegas Movie Studio has good audio editing and you could look at Acoustica's MP3 Audio Mixer, which is great for creating soundscapes and building sound effects.

You can do alot with marcomedia flash..
you can animate your own effects with it. You need quick time player with flash, especailly the latest version.
you can use maya but it needs alot of training. it is very great for realistic effects.
Other softwares don't offer to much effects like rain.

maximum courses could make it appear like that yet they don't artwork very properly. living house windows action picture Maker is put in on all living house windows computers already and is a huge action picture editor. yet another editor i could propose is Sony Vegas.
