Eat less and exercise. But I don't think you can lose that much in one month. (For my fellow Yanks, it's about 24 1/2 lbs).

That's a lot of weight to lose in a month. It'll take intensive exercise and a really low fat, snack free diet. Try making small changes to the way you eat, low fat everything (milk, cheese), NO ready meals, try swapping chicken for free range chicken and swap chips for salad.

Excersise..... Simple yet so difficult...
I wouldn't suggest eating less, cause your going to need the energy for your wedding, but I reckon that you should see a doctor for a weight loss plan or something O.o

work out in a gym for about 1-1:30 hours daily.Consult a dietician,for a healthy diet.And drink plenty of water.

do regular exercise. go for yoga too if u want to. take care of your stomach that it doesn't become like a balloon or like a scale.
