How to prepare a radish salad?

Egg and Radish Salad:

40 min 20 min prep
6 servings

1 lb radishes, cleaned,trimmed and sliced
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and coursely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 bunch scallions, trimmed and chopped
salt
pepper
2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped

1. Mix all ingredients, except dill, and place in a serving bowl.
2. Dill is the garnish.

Slice them or quarter them. Salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Now here's a real treat. By radishes with the greens still on them. Cut the greens off as you always do but don't throw them out. Was well and put them in the salad. You'll be in for a real treat!

Slice radishes as thinly as possible and then add to any salad recipe.
