Department of Trolls and Social Misfits.

OK, not really. Illinois doesn't have a DMV by that name. Driver and vehicle licensing is handled by the Illinois Office of the Secretary of State.

Driver services are handled by Driver Services Department and vehicle services are handled by the Vehicle Services Department. (What will they think of next?)
