I'm thinking that would fit in terms of someone who is out on the street begging.
c) point the finger
That one I think would fit in a situation where someone may have fell down, or was hurt. It could also fit in a situation where someone is trying to accomplish a physical task like painting a house.

It's point the finger. The others don't make sense, except for b, and that doesn't make much sense. Also, it's d because of the repetition of body parts.
