Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body. One tip for athletes: it is healthier to drink a sports drink or water than fruit juice, soda, coffee, or milk during competition or active training periods.

Take a calcium and magnesium tablet, 500mg twice daily to help with the pain.

i honestly had very dangerous developing pains while i used to be 10 years historical. i had it in my again so dangerous that i would slightly rise up immediately. i don't forget my mother and father took me for CAT scans and the whole lot. seems it used to be simply developing pains. my dad is a bodily therapist so he could therapeutic massage my again for me, and placed heating pads everywhere my again. it took approximately a month or 2 to depart.

Billie is probably correct, but you really haven't told us how active you are. Do you jog or are involved in any strenuous activity. Are you stretching before being active. Have you ever been involved in a car wreck.
