I really doubt it. Sometimes you can tell by the vibes a person gives out but just by looking into their eyes... they can have the most friendliest eyes ever and still turn out evil, you know what I mean? For example, child molesters usually have warm facial features which includes eyes that radiates genuine warmth. I would definitely term child molesters to be evil.
In my opinion, theres no way for you to know if somebody is evil because most cruel people are able to hide this aspect of theirs very well. Most of the time, you would only realize it when their true colours are shown as you can see with your own eyes, their actions of cruelty. Or whatevers evil to you.

Sometimes I think it is noticeable: maybe rather consistently with some people. I believe that it is a matter of what is tempting them...or you, by them,...at the time, that is being noticed. I think spirits move upon people at times to try to manipulate the lives of everyone around. That's why you need to trust in God. You can sometimes get a false impression as well as an accurate one by the eyes of a person. I remember finding myself disliking someone at a job, once, realized I had no reason for that, and, after getting to know the person better, found we had some nice things in common & became friends.

When one of my cousins was just a child (3 years old maybe?) I looked into his eyes and swore to Christ that they turned red. Since the age of 8 he's tried to kill his mother. They're finally putting him in juvie now at 12 .. for many things.
That child is pure evil.

In this one case I have to agree with you. Yes for the most part you can tell if they are bad or good, but there are any exceptions and always people able to hide themselves.

You can tell killers coz theres nothing in their eyes........even when they laugh the corners of their mouths turn up but there aint nothing in the eyes.

yeah i believe that most of the time you really can..everyone says that eyes say a lot about people..window to soul, or whatever else..and i think thats true.

No, but counting the bodies under the floor usually give a more accurate idea.
