I wouldn't deal with them at all. I would just ignore them. They will go away soon (though there will be others to replace them) because they are not getting any enjoyment out of "not playing correctly." I cannot imagine coming online and not really reading the questions and answering the ones where I think I could help. I would not get any pleasure out of just going to the question and typing garbage.

at least with your question you get some answers, try choosing a best answer when there isn't any no 3 points for you you then, no fun in that and you waste 5 points in asking the question .

question is...how do those kinds of people deal with being so stupid? simple answer: you don't deal with them...then again its not like any major world issues will be solved solely through the Yahoo! Answers website...

Oh my goodness! I totally agree! Or when you tell people you don't want stupid answers, and that is exactly what they give you. It really is annoying. Maybe we should report this to Yahoo answers and maybe they can figure something out and resolve this problem for once and for all.

If it's a genuine question, concentrate on those who respond in a positive way.
You can waste your whole life worrying about people who don't do things the way you'd like them to.
Focus on what matters in your life instead, let them get on with their own! Who knows, maybe Yahoo points are all they've got! Be glad that's not you :-)
