I agree, not going to write your paper for you, but will offer in addition to Wiki, Dogpile.com... my personal fav search engine.
Main points to offer:
What was Germany like right after ww l.... think league of Nations. How did he unify them? what was the economy?
How was life for the Germans- both ayrian and non ayrian. How was he influenced by the people he had around him? How did his refusal to see the end of the war doom the people? What were his polices.
Now important issues.... decided which "side" you will be on. For right or wrong many people see what he did for the country as a miracle compared to how they were after ww l. The other side is the atrocities that were committed in his wake. The holocaust (yes it did happen and a total of 13 million were killed) the ladensporen ( state run child factories) and his police of "burn everything" when the war was lost.
I wish you Had started this earlier, there is a wealth of info on the History channel as well.
