You want to use a natural soap--handcrafted if possible and avoid store bought detergent soaps. Look for soaps with lower amounts of coconut and palm kernel oils. You will find your skin feels much better in less than a week.

You can email me thru my profile and I will help you find a handcrafter in your area (I know a lot of soapers).

Use a soap with moisturizers such as Caress or Dove. Oil of Olay might be another possibly. Apply a body lotion after your shower. I use Nivea smooth sensation which is also great for your hands.
