Unfortunately, crunches aren't the only answer. There's no such thing as spot reducing...

You need to look into an exercise program that will help tone and strengthen you. By exercising you will be burning excess calories and by doing so, take inches off your tummy.

You also need to take a look at what you're eatinng - drinking soda and eating hamburgers are not beneficial to your waistline or the rest of your body.

Don't just look at flattening your tummy - look at making yourself feel healthier and more physically fit.

cardio to lose fat around the tummy, crunches to build muscle & tighten (there are TONS of different kinds of crunches you can do, look around online for some variety)

Also, malnutrician, such as not eating enough green and yellow vegetables, can cause the stomach to swell. Too much sodium (salt) in food can cause the stomach to swell.
