How do I mount a UIF files in Windows Vista?

I already tried MagicDisc but it is having incompatibly issues.

Use MagicISO to convert your UIF file to ISO file, then use a better software than MagicDisk (it is really having incompatibly issues in Vista) to mount it, like Virtual CloneDrive (freeware) or PowerISO

Mount the file with Magic Iso then burn the mounted image using your favorite burning software.
