It's probably pimples. I use a vinegar rinse (1/4 cup of vinegar in a bucket of warm water, then I swish my head in the bucket) whenever I get an itchy scalp or those bumps. It works like a charm for me. It's cheap, and shouldn't cause any problems.

If you are afraid it's lice, get the school nurse or someone to check you out. It's hard to check yourself in the mirror.

I don't know, but it is not normal. Do you hang out with people who might have lice?

Bend over your bathtub and soak your head with alcohol, then wrap a towel like a turban. Leave on for 15-30 minutes, then comb out with a comb, again bent over your bathtub and if there is lice, they will get drunk and fall off, the nits (eggs) need to be removed one by one because they stick to your hair. Get a friend to check you for nits. Or, get an over the counter treatment which comes with the fine tooth comb and follow the instructions. Yuck! Ouch!

You might have psoriasis. Look it up on the 'net and see if the symptoms match yours.
