can it stunt my growth if i run every day??or compress my kness or something cus i like to run alot..im a 15 year old teen

No! all false. its actually great for you, but you dont have to run everyday.

Since you are so young you don't have to worry about the impact of running on your joints as much as older people. But if you want to you could try switch up the treadmill for some stair or an elliptical to give yourself some variety in your exercise.

Run until you can't run anymore. Wish I was 15 and could run all day and have this problem. Enjoy it.

are you trying to lose weight?
then do cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and combine it with light weight training.
deffinately have one day off so your muscles can recover.
