You might have suffered a back injury? You could go toyour family GP to make sure it is nothing sinister then get a massage therapist to work on your back. Sometimes can also be referred pain from somewhere else. Always best to get a medical profressional to check it out.
LIttle boy swallowed a billiard ball so the doctor told him to wait at the end of the cue. :-)

I agree with Kathy! I let mine go too long and had to have surgery. I still have numbness after 5 years. The sooner they diagnose it; the better your outcome. Luck to you. If it started at work, file for workmans comp. ASAP !!!

sciatic nerve is pinched somewhere in your spine.......Try doing some stretches forward and applying heat sometimes helps......Motrin helps ..but you should really have a doc check it out... sometimes they can send you to therapy and you can work it out....or sometimes you get epidural shots into your spine .....that hurts but helps too..................I'm doing acupuncture right now.......It helps....some.............
